Vegetarian Harumaki
Description
Chinese recipe filled with vegetables and fried, Served with soy and teryaki sauce. Extremely crispy envolved in a wheat flour coating.
Ingredients
- Wheat flour
- Carrot
- Cabagge
- Onion
- oil
- sesame oil
- water
- 10g corn starch
Steps
- Mix the water, wheat flour and corn starch
- mix the carrot, cabagge, sliced onions and sesame oil then sauté
- put a spoon of the mixed water in a frying pan until it turns to a thin layer of dough
- add the filling to it and close the dough with water to seal it
- after that process finish fry it in the oil until gets ready
- serve witth soy sauce if wanted
