Description

Chinese recipe filled with vegetables and fried, Served with soy and teryaki sauce. Extremely crispy envolved in a wheat flour coating.

  1. Mix the water, wheat flour and corn starch
  2. mix the carrot, cabagge, sliced onions and sesame oil then sauté
  3. put a spoon of the mixed water in a frying pan until it turns to a thin layer of dough
  4. add the filling to it and close the dough with water to seal it
  5. after that process finish fry it in the oil until gets ready
  6. serve witth soy sauce if wanted
